Our Service includes: • Detailed onsite inspection of your rental property. • Estimate of the current market rental income. • Signing casual letting form and capturing latest photos of the property. • Advertising on TradeMe. • Open homes / Viewings (scheduled weekdays & weekends) • Tenant selection by reference check, background check & credit check. • Drafting and signing of tenancy agreement and bond lodgement forms. • Bond lodgement to Department of Building & Housing. Our one-off Fees: One weeks rent + GST. No advertising, background check or credit check charges. Complimentary Ingoing Inspection with photos.
